Please allow up to 3 days for processing and 2 to 6 business days for the order to be shipped, depending on your location. Hix Apparel will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to weather conditions, power interruptions, backorders or errors from distributors, shipping errors or anything else outside our control.

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel & accessories, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective, then a replacement item will be issued to you. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not accept returns for this reason once the items are printed.

Due to the unreliability of matching fabric colors and ink colors by computer monitors we can not guarantee a color to look exactly how it looks on screen. Mockups are only intended to get a general feel for what the end product will look like. We do our best to get as close to the mockup as possible.

While printing, we do our best to ensure designs are printed in consistent locations on all products in the run. However, small variations should be expected. All garments are sewn differently and variations in each individual shirt may result in slightly varied placements. A 1" allowance in any direction off the image location is considered acceptable. Hix Apparel will not be responsible for print location variances.

Due to the uneven nature of seams, collars or zippers, printing inconsistencies and/or distortions are normal. Items printed over seams, collars or zippers with inconsistencies are considered acceptable.

To ensure longevity of your print and image vibrancy, we always recommend machine washing your shirts in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Turning your shirt inside out will also help with the longevity of the image.
